Overview
As the Human Resources Clerk, your goal is to create raving fans through providing an excellent customer experience to the PRMG employees and future new hires. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can take initiative and enjoys problem solving.

Additionally, eligible employees may apply for job openings through PRMG’s Internal and External Job Portal to request a transfer to a different department or position.
Pay rate: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Perform background and reference checks on all new hires
Create offer letters
Complete variety of audits (EDD, 401(k), benefit, etc)
Issue pay plan and job description changes coordinating as applicable with payroll
Administer applicable training (online – i.e. harassment for management personnel)
Update policies/procedures as necessary
Additional exciting opportunities will present itself throughout the year
Qualifications
4 year degree required preferably in Human Resources, Law, or Business
Hands-on knowledge of computer systems and software applications related to personnel and benefit administration
Understanding of principles of employee supervision, development, training and performance evaluation
Organize data, maintain records and prepare reports
Use computer systems and software packages related to personnel and benefits administration
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
