Description of Work The Human Resources Business Partner Specialist (HRBP Specialist) holds a key role within the Division of Human Resources by providing administrative, operational, and consultative support to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), management and employees. This position is part of DHR’s redesigned HR operating model and supports day to day HR activities across an assigned organizational portfolio. The HRBP Specialist ensures accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, responds to routine inquiries, assists with hiring events, completes pre-screenings, assists with onboarding and life cycle events, completes record retention tasks, and prepares materials supporting informed decision making.
