HRIS Workday Analyst – Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Workday Analyst with a strong focus on Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking to join our People and Culture team. This role will be responsible for supporting, optimising and maintaining our Workday configuration, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll and time-related data across our US and UK operations and also across our Canada and Australia locations. You will act as the functional expert and go‑to person for Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to drive system improvements, resolve issues and support ongoing projects. “The pay range for this position is $85,161to $101,267 base salary. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
