Description of Work We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner Specialist to perform HR work across one or more specialized HR disciplines. In this role, you will independently deliver high‑quality HR customer service to employees and the public, providing accurate information and guidance within your designated HR area. Key responsibilities include processing and verifying specialized HR transactions, maintaining a variety of HR documents and records, and utilizing multiple HR systems to support daily operations. You will gather and analyze HR data, prepare reports to support decision‑making, and ensure compliance with all federal and State HR laws, policies, and procedures. This position may mentor lower‑level HR Technicians, assist with HR training, and participate in agency or statewide HR projects. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented professional with strong technical HR knowledge and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, discretion, and sound judgment.
