Job Title: Hospitality Aide / Appointment Escort (Full-Time) Location: Centerville Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility Position Summary: Centerville Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a dependable and professional Hospitality Aide / Appointment Escort to support daily operations by assisting residents with non-clinical needs. This role is strictly non-patient care and focuses on customer service, transportation within the facility, and ensuring a positive experience for residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Escort residents safely to and from appointments and to designated transportation pick-up areas Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff regarding scheduled appointments and resident readiness Provide friendly, courteous assistance to residents, families, and visitors Assist with wayfinding and general inquiries throughout the facility Ensure residents arrive on time for appointments and activities Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in common areas Assist with non-clinical tasks such as delivering items, organizing supplies, and supporting front desk operations as needed Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards Important Note: This position does not involve direct patient care, medical treatment, or assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
