Home Service & Sales Manager, HVAC

Overview We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service & Sales Manager to lead and grow our HVAC service and sales operations throughout the Greater Elkhart area and surrounding communities. This is an opportunity for a results-driven leader who excels at developing high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. While HVAC industry experience is preferred, we are open to leaders from home services and other field-based industries who have a proven track record of leading teams, driving sales performance, and improving operational results. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians and comfort advisors Drive service, maintenance, and replacement sales performance across the operation Monitor and improve key performance indicators including revenue, conversion rates, average ticket, membership growth, and customer satisfaction Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and ongoing coaching to support employee development Partner with dispatch and operations teams to maximize scheduling efficiency and team productivity Manage customer escalations and ensure exceptional service recovery when needed Perform job site visits and quality assurance inspections Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts for service team members Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational best practices Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies What We're Looking For 3+ years of leadership experience managing service, sales, operations, or field-based teams Proven ability to drive team performance, accountability, and revenue growth Strong coaching and employee development skills Experience managing KPIs and implementing process improvements Exceptional communication and leadership abilities Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications HVAC service, replacement, or home services industry experience Experience leading technicians, installers, comfort advisors, or field service teams ServiceTitan or similar field service management software experience Experience growing memberships, maintenance agreements, or recurring revenue programs Track record of developing high-performing service and sales teams Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Leadership development and career growth opportunities Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization Why Join Us?
