Upon successful completion of the Direct Care Worker training program, an offer of employment may be extended. This is a course that will be two days via Zoom with the expectation your camera is on and you are participating. The 3rd day is in our  Williamsport  office to do clinical skills with our Clinical Manager and upon graduation, onboarding with our recruiter.  Upon successful completion of the Direct Care Worker training program, an offer of employment may be extended.
