About the Role Comprehensive Mobile Care is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to own a desk on our Phoenix team. This is a sales role. You'll be dialing, pitching, closing, and carrying a number. You'll recruit the providers and clinical staff who deliver care inside senior communities, which means the work is almost entirely outbound. You build the pipeline. What You'll Own A full desk: sourcing, screening, selling, closing, and keeping candidates engaged through credentialing Your activity metrics, with the autonomy to decide how you hit them Pipeline for specific specialties and territories as we expand Direct partnership with hiring managers and ops leadership What We're Looking For A track record of hitting quota, KPIs or performance targets, with the numbers to back it up 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in recruiting, sales, hospitality or leadership Comfort with high-volume outbound and hearing no Real emotional intelligence.
