We are looking for an inspiring and strategic Finance Supervisor to lead our Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budget team at the Community Health Center ! Reporting directly to the Health Center Chief Financial Officer, this critical role places you at the heart of our health center programs. You won't just manage the numbers, you'll drive strategic growth, empower a high-performing team, and help steer the financial future of our organization! As the Finance Supervisor , you will: Supervise daily operations and a diverse staff by setting schedules, prioritizing tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting skill growth in time management, financial, and data reporting. Cultivate a high-performance work environment while managing performance issues, delivering respectful corrective action, and resolving grievances in compliance with labor contracts and HR rules. Lead annual and long-term financial planning, evaluate organizational performance against peer benchmarks, and deliver complex financial modeling for key initiatives, efficiency projects, and strategic restructuring. Design comprehensive financial reporting and board-level presentations while ensuring full alignment with local, state, federal, and funding source regulatory deadlines to mitigate financial risk. Develop and monitor annual budgets, develop grant budgets, conduct complex audits to identify discrepancies, and develop corrective action plans and risk assessments that ensure compliance with legal and funding requirements. Stay current on regulatory changes and deliver high-level ad hoc financial analyses such as ROI, cost/benefit, and discounted cash flow models to guide senior leadership decisions and minimize organizational exposure. Conduct cost studies, alternative analyses, and peer benchmarking using spreadsheet and statistical tools to evaluate operational efficiency, grants, capital projects, and strategic priorities. Investigate complex or sensitive financial matters with professional tact, translating findings into tailored reports and presentations that meet the distinct needs of diverse internal and external audiences. Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (in lieu of a degree we will consider equivalent related experience), Three (3) years of increasingly responsible technical experience in finance or accounting, One (1) or more years of supervisory or professional leadership experience. Experience in an FQHC Environment Experience leading and supervising teams  Proven track record of effective leadership and team management Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration Experience in administering budgets with numerous revenue sources Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Google suite enterprise products Advanced and thorough knowledge of principles and practices of public sector accounting, including: Procurement, contract administration, travel and training expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable *Transferable skill
