Search our job listing below.  We are currently hiring a Head of Logistics Operations (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. This is a two-year fixed-term position. Your Responsibilities Managing the warehouse and shipping departments and ensuring that the flow of goods complies with GMP Overseeing operational logistics Responsible for SOP compliance, stock controls, inventory counts, and Veeva complaints Serving as Head of Manufacturing (Section 12 AMWHV) and the responsible person for wholesale (Section 52a AMG) Ensuring occupational safety and HSE compliance, as well as serving as the aviation security officer Budget planning, cost control, and coordination of capital projects What You Need to Succeed Min. 5 -7 years of experience in logistics, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry Min. 5 years of leadership experience Very good German and English skills In-depth knowledge of GMP as well as the requirements of the AMWHV and AMG Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate others, and a knack for processes A degree with a focus on logistics or supply chain management An independent, proactive work style and a strong focus on achieving goals Willingness to serve as an aviation security officer and representative to the Federal Aviation Authority (LBA) What We Offer Competitive Compensation: An attractive salary package and participation in the company's success through our bonus scheme.
