Head of Influencer Marketing (gn) - Netherlands

Start: asap | Level: Head of | Location: Netherlands, hybrid, remote | Full-time (40h/Week)  For our Influencer Marketing at ESN unit, we are looking for a strategically strong, data-driven, and creative leader. In this role, you will take ownership of steering and scaling our influencer marketing, with a clear focus on revenue growth, new customer acquisition, creative activations, and tapping into new markets. You will lead the team both operationally and strategically, scale existing creator relationships, and ensure that launches, activations, and campaigns are seamlessly planned, creatively executed, and evaluated based on hard data. Your mission Direct and control all relevant KPIs and processes in Influencer Marketing Analyze and optimize revenue development through influence Actively drive new customer acquisition via influencer marketing Identify growth potential in the Netherlands Manage and develop key influencer relationships Ensure key influencers are regularly activated, motivated, and strategically integrated Develop creative ideas for launches, promotions, and influencer activations Ensure strong alignment between product, promotion, content, and influencer communication Lead campaign planning alongside relevant cross-functional teams and guarantee an accurate, timely flow of information Evaluate campaigns, launches, and promotions using data-driven insights and derive concrete optimization measures Lead your team with clarity, empathy, and a focus on results Actively monitor team satisfaction, motivation, and professional development Work closely with internal stakeholders across Insights, Webshop, HR, Budgeting, and Campaign Planning Your experience & skills Proven experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing Strong understanding of KPIs, revenue management, and data-driven decision-making Ability to confidently read, interpret, and translate reportings and analytics into concrete action items Mindset that bridges strategy and execution, with a passion for hands-on implementation Deep understanding of how to build, nurture, and scale strong influencer relationships Sharp instinct for creative campaigns, product launches, and social media activations Highly structured work ethic to ensure reliable, complete, and timely communication Experience leading or functionally managing teams Clear, appreciative, and solution-oriented leadership style Solid grasp of team dynamics with a high priority on team satisfaction Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with diverse stakeholders Capacity to identify market opportunities and turn them into actionable growth strategies Fluent in English and Dutch Why choose us?
