Honey Homes is hiring in California (San Francisco, Lafayette, San Rafael, San Mateo, Palo Alto, San Jose, Dublin, Berkeley), Texas (Austin, Dallas), Illinois (Winnetka, Chicago, Oak Brook). This is a full time, W2 hourly job with paid benefits, not a gig, contract, or part time role. We keep you local: you'll work either on a dedicated territory of 40 to 50 homes near where you live or on our residential remodeling crew. No client hunting, no unpredictable schedules, no weekends. Just steady, well paid home repair and maintenance work close to home. We serve over 4,500 homeowners across California, Texas, and Illinois, and we're growing fast, with real support from a Field Manager and a Member Success team behind you every day. There's real room to grow here: take courses from our General Contractor, with opportunities to move up to Senior Handyman and then to Field Trainer. We're offering a $1,500 sign on bonus for qualified candidates, paid out in full after you complete training and remain onboard for 30 days. Pay $31/hr to $40/hr depending on market, about $64,000 to $83,000 per year, plus equity in the business Mileage reimbursement for all local driving between jobs Schedule Full time, 40 hours per week, steady residential work.
