If so, we'd love to meet you. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Guest Room Attendants to join our growing housekeeping team in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Every day, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our luxury vacation rental homes are impeccably clean, beautifully presented, and ready to exceed our guests' expectations. What you have     High school diploma or equivalent   One year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, vacation rental, or similar Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets to receive assignments   Can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Available to work weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest times What you’ll do     Thoroughly clean guest rooms, suites, and vacation rental homes to company standards Make beds with precision and replace all linens and towels Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish all surfaces Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, coffee supplies, and linens Inspect rooms to ensure every detail meets quality standards before guest arrival Report maintenance concerns, lost-and-found items, and safety hazards promptly Follow all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high productivity and quality standards Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned   Physical Demand     Stand and walk for extended periods Frequently bend, kneel, reach, twist, and lift Push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment Lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly Work efficiently in both indoor and outdoor environments Mainsail is an Equal Opportunity Employer and it does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and pregnancy-related conditions), gender identity expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, military service and veteran status, political affiliation, physical or mental disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws and ordinances.
