Growth & Community Engagement Manager Greater Goals ABA Corp | $60,000/Year + Commission | Full-Time Every referral starts with a conversation — and every conversation starts with trust. We're looking for a relationship-builder who can turn a first meeting at a school or doctor's office into a lasting partnership that helps families find the care their child needs. A Day in This Role: 12–15 in-person visits, aiming for 8–10 meaningful referral conversations Guiding new client leads from first contact through active service Partnering with intake teams to keep the pipeline moving accurately Supporting RBT/BCBA staffing and bridging field-to-HQ communication Cultivating long-term partnerships with schools, doctors, and community organizations Reporting weekly on outreach wins and pipeline progress You're a Great Fit If You: Bring outreach, business development, or client acquisition experience Have managed a referral or sales pipeline with results to show for it Run your own schedule with discipline and accountability Build trust naturally and follow through on every promise Know the ABA or autism/behavioral health space (a plus, not a must) What You'll Get: Competitive base salary plus commission Flexible, field-based schedule Mileage and expense reimbursement Room to grow professionally A team that measures success in changed lives, not just numbers If you've ever wanted a job where your persistence directly changes a child's future — this is it.
