About the Industry & Process Strategy Graduate Track The Industry & Process Strategy graduate track focuses on helping organizations determine where to compete, how to create value and what actions are needed to achieve their ambitions. Depending on your team and project assignments, you may work on strategic challenges with either an industry or functional focus, such as growth, customer strategy, supply chain, finance, sustainability and AI-enabled transformation. Industry & Process Strategy focuses primarily on defining direction and strategic choices, while Industry & Process Consulting focuses primarily on translating ambitions into operational change and execution. Strategy helps organizations answer questions such as: Where should we compete? How should we grow? How can we create value? How can we improve competitiveness and performance? How can AI create competitive advantage and reshape our business? What capabilities, investments or operating models are needed to achieve our ambitions?
