Depending on your team and project assignments, you may work on challenges with either an industry or functional focus, such as supply chain, finance, customer transformation, workforce transformation and AI-enabled enterprise transformation. Industry & Process Consulting focuses primarily on helping organizations improve performance, redesign how work gets done and translate strategic ambitions into operational results.
