Good to have skills:  Experience across one or more R&D domains, including Clinical Operations & Development, Site Start-Up, Site Engagement, Study Planning, Protocol Digitalization, Clinical Document Authoring, Connected Labs, Decentralized Clinical Trials, Laboratory Operations, AI-assisted Project Delivery, AI Use Case Identification, AI Data Strategy, and Change Management . Followed by 5 sections with brief pointers, namely., Job Summary:  MBA from a Tier 1 institute or equivalent relevant industry experience. 3-5+ years of progressive business and/or consulting experience, including at least 1 year in the Life Sciences industry. Demonstrated experience in management consulting, business transformation, and strategic advisory engagements. Familiarity with consulting methodologies and tools, including issue trees, implementation frameworks, operating model design, business process mapping, business case development, and diagnostic assessments. Experience across one or more R&D domains, including Clinical Operations & Development, Clinical Trial Management, Site Start-Up, Site Payments, Protocol Authoring, Clinical Document Management, Decentralized Clinical Trials, Connected Labs, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, or Quality Management Systems. Working knowledge of Veeva Clinical Suite (CTMS, eTMF, SSU, Site Connect, Site Payments), Medidata RAVE, Connected Labs platforms, Veeva RIM, ARISg, ARGUS, and Laboratory Informatics platforms is desirable. Experience working as a Business Analyst on enterprise transformation programs, including requirements elicitation, process design, workshop facilitation, user story development, testing, solution validation, and stakeholder management. Exposure to AI-enabled Clinical transformation initiatives, including AI-assisted delivery, AI use case identification, AI data strategy, and Generative AI applications, is highly desirable. Experience supporting organizational change management and user adoption within Clinical transformation programs is preferred. In this practice, you'll help drive transformation across global Life Sciences organizations through the following initiatives: Support the delivery of consulting engagements for global Life Sciences clients across Clinical and broader R&D functions. Drive strategy design, operating model transformation, business process redesign, business analysis, implementation, program management, and change management initiatives. Partner with global account teams to identify, shape, and pursue new business opportunities. Provide functional and industry expertise across Clinical Development and adjacent R&D domains to solve complex business challenges. Develop consulting assets, methodologies, thought leadership, research, whitepapers, and points of view to strengthen practice capabilities. Support operating model assessments, process transformation initiatives, implementation readiness assessments, and transformation roadmap development. Contribute to proposals, solutioning, and business development activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lead or support business analysis activities, including workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, process mapping, user story development, backlog management, testing, and solution validation. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Generative AI across Clinical business processes, operating models, and digital transformation initiatives. Support transformation programs spanning Veeva CTMS, eTMF, Site Start-Up, Site Payments, Protocol Digitalization, Clinical Document Authoring, Connected Labs, Study Planning, Site Engagement, and Clinical Process Redesign. Build reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices to enhance project delivery and capability development. Continuously build consulting, industry, functional, and technology capabilities to support evolving client needs.
