Apply today to become part of the Universal team!  Gate Clerk – Romulus Universal Logistics is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Gate Clerk to manage driver and trailer activity entering and leaving the facility. Starting Pay: $16.00/hour Paid Time Off: Available to eligible employees Available Shifts · 6:00 AM–2:30 PM: Tuesday–Saturday · 2:00 PM–10:30 PM: Sunday–Thursday · 10:00 PM–6:30 AM: Sunday–Thursday · 10:00 PM–6:30 AM: Tuesday–Saturday Additional shifts may be available based on operational needs. Responsibilities · Check drivers in and out using the Yard Management System (YMS) · Verify and maintain accurate driver, trailer, and shipment information · Communicate trailer movements and assignments with drivers and operations · Assist with paperwork and follow gate security procedures Qualifications · Logistics, transportation, or gate experience preferred · Basic computer skills and ability to learn YMS software · Reliable with strong communication and attention to detail · Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Apply today to join the Universal Logistics team in Romulus!
