Job Title – Front End Developer –Analyst- ACS SONG  Management Level: Level 11 – Analyst Location: Kochi Must have skills: Javascript, Next.js Good to have skills: Headless API driven front-end development Experience: Storybook (Next.js/React)  Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience is required Educational Qualification: Graduation (Accurate educational details should capture) Job Summary We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 2–3 years of experience in Next.js and modern JavaScript. In this role, you will build fast, scalable, user-focused web applications, collaborate with design, backend, and product teams, and deliver clean, maintainable code. You will contribute to UI/UX improvements and support the design, development, and optimization of headless, API-first e-commerce platforms. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and enhance frontend features using Javascript, following established architecture and coding standards with command on HTLML5/CSS3 Support development of Node.js/Fastify services, focused on performance and scalability. Translate UI designs, wireframes, and user workflows into high-quality, maintainable code Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs / backend services in an API-driven environment Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to implementation decisions Optimise applications for performance, responsiveness and scalability (Core Web Vitals awareness) Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code with strong attention to detail Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality practices (linting, testing, CI integration) Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and QA teams in an Agile delivery model Contribute to headless / API-first frontend implementations where applicable Support backend/BFF integrations (Node.js/Fastify) where required (good to have) Stay updated with modern frontend practices and tooling and apply them in delivery Professional and Technical Skills Proficient in developing Single/Multi Page Applications using JavaScript, RESTful APIs using Typescript, Jest (Unit testing), HTML, CSS and SASS  Strong experience in UI development and integration for web and/or mobile applications Good knowledge and understanding of Storybook (Next.js/React), Figma, Azure Devops, DOM, JavaScript, Responsive and SCSS Working knowledge of Functional JavaScript with concepts like Promises, Closures Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates Good to have experience in SonarQube, Fastify – BFF and Monorepo Architecture, SSR and CSR Exposure to Accessibility standards (WCAG) sensitivity, including proper use of ARIA attributes and keyboard navigation.
