The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff. Maintain and update the visitor log and appointment calendars. Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing. Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
