This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage incoming phone calls, direct them to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages. Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and management. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
