Your Role As a Front Desk Receptionist at Think Academy, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Bellevue campuses and serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, teachers, and staff. Key Responsibilities Provide front desk support and respond to general inquiries Assist with student arrival, dismissal, and classroom transitions Provide classroom and administrative support to teachers and staff Help maintain an organized and welcoming campus environment Support daily campus operations and events as needed Qualifications Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English Responsible, reliable, and organized Strong communication and customer service skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and basic office equipment Able to lift 25+ lbs (11+ kg) Previous experience in customer service, education, administration, or a front desk role is preferred Working Schedule: Tue - Fri: 15:00 - 19:00; Sat & Sun: 9:00 - 18:00 Think Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
