Freelance Marketing Designer, Web

Overview of the role: Note there is also a full time opening available, that a freelancer could look to move into if interested. PolicyMe is building a simpler, more affordable insurance experience for Canadian families. Our website is where customers learn, build trust, and take the next step toward coverage. We’re hiring a freelance Marketing Designer, Web to raise the visual quality of that experience. You’ll design, improve, and maintain our marketing site built using Webflow; turn Growth briefs into polished, component-led pages; and own quality through launch. Most of your work will be web and CMS-based, with select opportunities to support campaign creative, slides, ads, email UI, and other brand assets. This is not a product-design, UX-research, or front-end developer role. We need a strong visual designer with exceptional judgment in typography, hierarchy, layout, responsive design, and the details that make a page feel considered. You don’t need to be a Webflow expert on day one: CMS fluency, good technical judgment, and an appetite to learn matter more.
