Position Overview Reporting to the Director of Franchise Business Management, the Franchise Business Manager (FBM) works in close partnership with franchise owners and their General Managers to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency across assigned studios. This role blends strategic coaching with hands-on operational support through consultative sessions, KPI and financial reviews, business planning, and field engagement.
