Our mission is to deliver the highest quality professional services while prioritizing our employees’ well-being and fostering an exceptional workplace environment.  Overview As a Foreman at Prime Controls, you will be responsible for leading field crews in the installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation, control systems, and electrical components. You will coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and safety personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with specifications and company standards.  A Typical Day at Prime Controls   Supervise and lead a crew of technicians or electricians on job site tasks  Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and schedules  Plan daily activities and delegate tasks to meet project timelines  Monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets company and customer standards  Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety policies  Maintain accurate records of labor, material usage, and work progress  Coordinate with project managers and superintendents on scheduling, materials, and change orders  Troubleshoot and resolve field issues related to instrumentation, controls, or electrical work  Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for assigned crew  Provide hands-on assistance with installations, terminations, loop checks, and testing as needed  What You Will Bring   The Basic   3+ years of experience in electrical, controls, or I&C field installation work  Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a construction or field environment  Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation drawings, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams  Proven ability to lead crews and maintain worksite productivity and safety  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  Familiarity with NEC and OSHA safety regulations  The Preferred   Journeyman or Master Electrician License (as required by state/local jurisdictions)  OSHA 30 certification  NCCER or other industry-recognized credentials  Experience working in industrial environments such as water/wastewater, oil & gas, or semiconductor facilities  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus  Benefits What We Offer:   Full-time employees enjoy a great benefits package including, but not limited to:  Health, Dental, and Vision coverage  Flexible Spending Account(s)  Generous PTO  Numerous culture events  ESOP 401k matching and more!  Work Environment & Physical Demands (Text Only) Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position.
