That's why we offer meaningful benefits designed to support you both professionally and personally, including: ✅ Paid Time Off (PTO) plus an extra day off for your birthday ✅ Weekly Pay ✅ Tuition Reimbursement & Scholarships ✅ Team Member Events & Recognition Programs ✅ And many more great benefits! 💲 Pay $15.00/hour What You'll Do As a Food & Beverage Attendant , you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by: Providing prompt, courteous service to Residents and guests while following Willow Valley standards Setting up food venues according to location-specific setup diagrams Assisting guests with the electronic handheld ordering system for food and beverage purchases Taking verbal food and beverage orders from Residents and guests at various cooking stations and entering them into the point-of-sale system Delivering food and beverages to diners' tables Assembling food orders for table delivery Cleaning and resetting assigned dining and service areas Operating a point-of-sale system and processing cash and credit card transactions Clearing and resetting tables throughout meal service to prepare for incoming diners Observing diners and responding promptly to requests to ensure an enjoyable dining experience Removing soiled dishes during meal service and transporting trays and bus tubs to the dish room Assisting with events and catering functions as assigned Following Willow Valley Communities' HACCP Plan and Food Safety policies and procedures Receiving and storing food items according to HACCP guidelines while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Taking ownership of creating a warm, welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service ✅ What We're Looking For We're seeking team members who bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a service-first mindset: Excellent customer service skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed ⏰ Schedule & Hours Part-Time Opportunities Available Morning Shift Permanent, year-round position (not seasonal) 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM 2-3 days per week + 2 weekends on and 1 off Some holidays Evening Shift 3:45 PM - 8:30 PM 2-3 days per week + 2 weekends on and 1 off Some holidays 📍 Location Willow Valley Communities - Manor Campus 211 Willow Valley SquareLancaster, PA 17602 Join Our Team!
