FLEET SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Job Description   Europcar Australia are seeking a dedicated   Fleet Support Coordinator   to join our Fleet team   located at our Head Office in   Tullamarine, Victoria   on a   full time basis! This position requires a talented individual who can effectively handle the remarketing process, control fleet registration and other administrative areas. Why join Europcar? Ongoing training and development  Hybrid working arrangements  Free onsite parking  Employee Referral Program - earn $$ when you successfully refer a candidate Generous employee discounts including discounted car rental for staff, family and friends, Bupa health insurance, annual flu vaccinations, Accor and more!  Access to an international brand with opportunities to work nationally and globally  Access to Employee Assistance Program and Calm App - the #1 app for mental fitness  Great culture, working with an energetic, supportive and high performing team  Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Administering wreck sales, salvage liaison, and vehicle reconciliation Managing vehicle key logistics and conducting annual audits Coordinating vehicle registration and compliance processes Overseeing staff vehicle and fuel card management Supporting roadside assistance tasks and cost allocations Processing stolen/recovered vehicle documentation Managing vehicle blocks/unblocks and registration tracking Loading equipment (e.g., GPS, child seats) for AU/NZ fleets Assisting with lease/dealer relationships and procurement activities Handling purchase orders, invoice processing, and end-of-life costs Maintaining accuracy across fleet systems Supporting and assisting other areas of the Fleet Department To be considered, you should possess: Previous experience in fleet / administration is highly desirable  Background in car rental / travel and tourism industry  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively  Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels  Well organised and great attention to detail  About Europcar Mobility Group Europcar Mobility Group is a global mobility player, with 75 years of mobility services expertise and a leading position in Europe. “We help to change the way you move” is what we stand for and brings us together.
