Overview Fixture Team Member  SPAR Marketing Force is hiring Fixture Team Members to support retail remodel, reset, and fixture installation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working long day shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist with fixture installation, shelving updates, merchandising resets, and remodel projects for national retail locations. What We Offer $20 per hour Must live within 50 miles of Carmichael, CA Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (days may vary based on project needs) Ongoing project opportunities Career advancement opportunities DailyPay Responsibilities Complete retail remodel and reset projects Install, remove, and replace shelving, fixtures, signage, and displays Perform merchandising resets following planograms and project instructions Use basic hand tools and power tools Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Maintain organized work areas and communicate project updates Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs. Stand, bend, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods Qualifications Previous retail remodel, construction, merchandising, fixture installation, or related experience preferred Must be able to work scheduled shifts from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Experience using hand tools and power tools required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders/heights Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required Must have a personal cell phone and email address Steel-toe footwear or approved inserts required Apply today and join SPAR Marketing Force’s retail remodel team!
