RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Financial Analyst | Excel Spreadsheet Modernization [USDA005010] Modernize budget templates, perform financial modeling, and prepare cotton price statistics and fiscal year data reports. ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Attention to Detail: Ability to scrutinize complex macros and formulas and identify errors or inefficiencies.
