Field Testing Professional

In this role, you’ll be part of a critical team responsible for testing the indoor air quality of residential and commercial buildings. You’ll install radon testing devices, communicate with facility owners and coordinators, and help ensure testing projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. What's In It For You? Meaningful Work: Help create healthy, safe, clean, and sustainable indoor environments Travel Opportunities: Travel locally and nationally while working on a variety of projects Career Growth: Develop valuable skills and experience within the environmental health industry Independent Work: Take ownership of your projects while working closely with a supportive project team Variety: Work in residential and commercial buildings and experience different environments and locations We Think You're a Great Fit If You: Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills Are highly organized and detail-oriented Are punctual, dependable, and professional Can work independently and meet established deadlines Are comfortable communicating with customers, facility owners, and project team members Have strong problem-solving and onsite decision-making skills Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Are familiar with basic shipping standards for mailing equipment to remote locations Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history Enjoy traveling and working in different locations What You Will Be Doing: Install radon testing devices and ensure proper placement Travel locally and nationally to complete testing projects Communicate with facility owners and coordinators to ensure successful testing Complete necessary paperwork and project documentation accurately Meet project deadlines to help ensure customer satisfaction Maintain consistent communication with project team members Make onsite decisions to help ensure successful consultations Ship necessary testing equipment to remote locations Represent Protect Environmental in a professional and customer-focused manner Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Ability to work within and meet established deadlines Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with basic shipping standards Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds Ability to walk, climb stairs, and work in a field environment Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and photocopiers Ability to travel up to 100% Monday–Friday, depending on the weekly schedule Ability to travel locally by vehicle and nationally by plane as needed If this is something you are interested in, APPLY today!
