To strengthen our service team, we are looking for someone for the position of Field-Service Engineer (m/w/d) in the Southern Lower Saxony area (Hannover, Bielefeld, Magdeburg) HomeOffice-based Responsibilities National Service & Support on-site for MIR- and Microscopy systems as well as other technologies Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support Process-Integration of analytical instruments Network integration of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions Familiarization of users with instruments and applications If needed: support the remote-solution center On request: support of in-house repairs If needed: support with Service relevant document generation Frequent travel and overnight stays are required Qualifications Personality: Customer centralized acting, thinking in solutions, accepting responsibilities and team spirit Can-do-attitude!
