Wages Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $47.60 - $60.71 Responsibilities Field Heavy Equipment Technician – Advanced (Oxnard, CA) Pay: $47 – $60/hr Quinn Company is hiring an experienced Advanced Field Heavy Equipment Technician to service and repair Caterpillar equipment in the Oxnard area. Competitive pay and full benefits Profit sharing and training opportunities Career growth and advancement paths Strong team environment What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair Caterpillar and related heavy equipment Perform advanced mechanical and hydraulic repairs Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment issues Work in the field at customer locations Communicate professionally with customers and team members Support and mentor other technicians when needed Follow all safety procedures What We’re Looking For Experience as a heavy equipment technician (Cat or similar) Strong diagnostic and repair skills Ability to work independently in the field Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed Why Apply? Qualifications One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school; Minimum five plus year's of Cat dealer experience and ten year's heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience.
