Field Operations Manager

Assistant Manager – Field Operations Locations: Allentown, PA | Candor, NC Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Salary: $100,000/year (Higher salary available depending on experience) CDL: Non-CDL position; Class A or B preferred Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Assistant Manager to help lead field operations supporting emergency derailment response, specialty lifting, railcar repair, and track maintenance projects. This position provides hands-on leadership in fast-paced, time-sensitive field environments. You will support Supervisors, help ensure safe and efficient project execution, work directly with customers, and respond to operational challenges and emergency service needs. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, field operations experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to problem-solve effectively in demanding environments.
