The Facility Project Manager will provide oversight of Stationary Engineers at CMI’s 24/7 customer site in Gaithersburg, MD. Key Job Functions Responsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and managing service requests and emergencies Ensure that Stationary Engineer roles are staffed at all times for all shifts Communicate effectively with the customer on project and staffing status Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthly Oversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely manner Measure and evaluate productivity and quality, set standards, measure performance, and develop programs for improvement Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performance High school diploma; BA degree preferred At least 5 years of experience managing service or construction projects of similar size, scope, and complexity as a project manager or superintendent.
