Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Summary:   The Facilities   Maintenance   Coordinator provides assistance to the facility management team to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs. Directly supports the facility management team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities.   RESPONSIBILITIES:   Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of maintenance workorders   for over 1600 NAPA stores   Create, prioritize, and track corrective and preventive work orders using the CMMS platform, reducing average response time by 20%.   Address client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery   Respond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action   Remain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of building systems   Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment   Request, review and submit work orders, bids and proposals from vendors    Key Competencies:     Communication Proficiency (oral and written)    Customer Focus    Initiative    Sense of Urgency    Multi-Tasking    Detail Oriented    Financial Knowledge    Time Management Skills    Team Oriented    Important Experience:     A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or tenant services capacity    Experience with CMMS systems or similar productivity tracking programs    Clear understanding of Leasing Agreements and fundamental Commercial Real Estate terminology   Not the right fit?  Let us know you're interested in a future opportunity by joining our Talent Community on jobs.genpt.com or create an account to set up email alerts as new job postings become available that meet your interest!
