This position serves as a key point of contact for customer and client services while ensuring facility maintenance excellence through effective work order and workflow management. You will be responsible for maintaining facility documentation, conducting environment of care inspections, and coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations. This role directly contributes to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional facility management services in critical healthcare environments while building strong client relationships and supporting our clients' strategic goals and objectives. What your day-to-day will look like: Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of facility conditions using CMMS, including conducting spot checks to assess cleaning standards, maintenance requirements, and potential hazards for assigned facilities Perform comprehensive environment of care inspections on all facilities and document findings to maintain compliance and safety standards Document and complete all equipment work orders and preventive maintenance activities in the CMMS, ensuring accurate tracking and timely execution Provide clear direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work assignments Participate as a key team member in response to emergency situations, demonstrating quick thinking and effective problem-solving abilities Provide administrative and operational support to Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager as needed, including assistance with CMMS special projects and activities Develop productive working relationships with key stakeholders, client personnel, and third parties to enhance the overall experience of facility users Required Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management or related field Excellent customer service skills with proven ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders Strong computer proficiency and experience with work order management systems Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with ability to convey information clearly and professionally Ability to multitask and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve facility goals and objectives Basic knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Proven ability to develop productive working relationships with clients and vendors Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred) and Microsoft Office applications Previous experience in healthcare facilities management or similar regulated environments Familiarity with environment of care standards and compliance requirements Knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices and scheduling Experience coordinating vendor services and monitoring service quality Understanding of emergency response protocols in healthcare settings Location: Onsite Salary Range: $28.84 to $32.69 Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Expected compensation for this position: 60,000.00 – 68,000.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
