A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future The Facilitator is an enthusiastic and skilled learning delivery professional who creates exceptional, engaging experiences for Lennar Associates across in-person and virtual programs. This role is foundational to the delivery team, bringing energy, thorough preparation, and genuine care to every session while building fluency in Lennar’s business, systems and culture. Facilitators work as an integrated part of program teams, contributing delivery perspective, executing with excellence, and continuously developing their craft through feedback and collaboration. Your Responsibilities on the Team Facilitate workshops, classes, meetings, and events (both in-person and virtually), using a variety of engagement techniques to create inclusive, high-energy learning experiences that drive behavior change and business results. Conduct all facilitator prep work, including timely distribution of materials, learner communications regarding dates, times, locations, and pre-work, coordination of technology logistics (system access, live environments, and practice scenarios where applicable), ensuring all room and documentation logistics are fully prepared, managing class setup, enrollment, and attendance tracking in the LMS. Maintain the learning environment and associated resources, including restocking classroom supplies, managing physical inventory, coordinating room setup and post-session breakdown, and supporting tactical learning center operations as needed. Cultivate a working understanding of Lennar's business model, systems, goals, and leadership expectations, including the business systems and workflows relevant to your assigned programs, proactively staying current on system updates, process changes, and business evolutions to deliver training that is accurate, relevant, and connected to how Associates do their work every day. Contribute to program team conversations on delivery readiness, surfacing questions or concerns about content and logistics early in the process. Demonstrate a consistent commitment to creating WOW moments (memorable, impactful learning experiences) for Associates and business stakeholders across the country. When system access or technical issues arise during delivery, quickly partner with the right resources to resolve them, then follow up to document root cause and prevent future disruption to the learner experience. Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to support facilitation preparation, create practice scenarios, develop reference guides, and streamline post-delivery reporting and session logistics building ongoing proficiency in delivery-adjacent technologies. Engage in open, honest, and respectful feedback exchanges that support personal growth and the continuous improvement of the team’s delivery quality. Collaborate enthusiastically within and outside the learning and development organization, serving as the facilitation lead from the design phase of assigned programs to surface and resolve delivery issues early, partnering with Program Leads, Learning Designers, and Product teams where applicable  to grow collective knowledge and strengthen  cross-functional relationships that contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your Toolbox Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience as a facilitator or trainer delivering both in-person and virtual training in a corporate environment, including experience with onboarding and/or functional training content. Experience delivering onboarding and/or functional training content in a corporate environment. Experience with virtual learning platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools. Ability to develop working knowledge of Lennar's business systems and confidently deliver training on technology platforms relevant to assigned programs. Comfortable working with AI tools and digital platforms that support delivery preparation and logistics. Strong executive presence and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, making content clear and accessible regardless of audience or subject matter complexity. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and creating inclusive, engaging learning environments. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable to changes in environment, participant dynamics, or program content. Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them in both virtual and in-person settings. Must have technical systems knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.). Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
