Experienced ABA Instructor | Build Clinical Skills. Grow Toward BCBA. $26–$28/hr + In-Person BCBA Mentorship + BCBA Supervision Opportunities You're already an experienced RBT. Now, what's next? At FirstSteps for Kids , we give experienced Instructors the opportunity to deepen their clinical skills, take on more responsibility, and build toward a long-term career in ABA. You'll work directly alongside experienced, in-person BCBAs who know your learners, observe your work, provide real-time coaching, and help you continue developing as a clinician. This Is More Than Another RBT Job Build clinical skills. Work on individualized treatment plans and learn how to think through clinical challenges with support from your BCBA. Build leadership skills. Mentor new Instructors through Behavior Skills Training and help shape the next generation of clinical team members. Build toward BCBA. If you're pursuing your BCBA, eligible graduate students can access BCBA supervision opportunities while gaining meaningful clinical experience. Build lasting relationships. Work closely with children and families across our centers, homes, and community settings, helping learners build skills that matter in everyday life.
