Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Community Support Join BAYADA Home Health and Make a Difference in Your Community! BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to a male client in Chester County, PA (Coatesville area).  This position is focused primarily on helping the client participate in activities and engage in the community while providing companionship, encouragement, and support. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and enjoys working with others. Reliable transportation is a must , as the position involves supporting the client with community-based activities, appointments, errands, and other outings. As a DSP, you will be valued, respected, and heard.
