Executive Supply Chain Leader: Executive Partner - High Tech

Executive Supply Chain Partner (ESCP) serves as a trusted advisor to SVPs, EVPs, and Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) within Global 1000 organizations and government agencies. The ESCP collaborates closely with clients to identify critical priorities, drive key initiatives, and achieve strategic business objectives. This includes advising on strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, and execution, while leveraging Gartner insights and best practices. By acting as a trusted thought partner, the ESCP helps clients achieve better outcomes faster, more efficiently, and with greater confidence.   About this Role: • This role is an executive-level client-facing advisory position in supply chain operations and solutions practice that requires an elevated level of executive presence and ability build trust and deliver value.  • Manage 25-30 member relationships and participate in account planning with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives.  • Assist members to achieve their Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging the appropriate Gartner assets • Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for the members and multi-member accounts. • Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member needs and developing a customized engagement plan in accordance with overall product strategy and deliverables. • Define and conduct on-site briefings for clients at their location in support of key initiatives. • Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, on-boarding, relationship management, delivery, review and renewal. • Responsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development and value demonstration activities. • Host and /or participating in periodic onsite member activities, including workshops, research analyst visits (where appropriate), round tables and webinars (in collaboration with Gartner Research). Travel 25% and upwards Your Experience 15+ years of operational or consulting experience in supply chain / operations management, and/or supply chain systems and solutions 10+ years of experience globally heading 2 or more functions – plan, source, make, deliver, business systems Last 7+ years leading high-tech industries’ supply chains Experience with strategy development, organization design, initiative management, application of metrics and understanding of major industry trends. Experience launching new products and services as part of supply chain function Excellent relationship management skills Experience coaching, mentoring, and challenging senior level leaders Demonstrable superior verbal and written communication skills as well as strong facilitation and presentation skills.  University graduate (Masters preferred) in engineering or business administration Certifications in supply chain preferred Who you are:   Innate curiosity to ask level 2/level 3 questions to understand the crux of the issues Critical thinker and analytical person with practical and actionable advice Entrepreneurial drive to engage and retain clients • Strong time and client portfolio management skills • High tolerance / evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations • Ability work with minimal administrative support   Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams Share ideas and undertakes initiatives to improve team performance LI-TK3 Who are we?
