This position is with an Ameriprise Financial Franchise owner. Job Description Join a growing wealth management practice dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. The Executive Assistant & Marketing Specialist serves as a key member of the team, supporting daily office operations, client service initiatives, and marketing activities that help strengthen the firm's relationships and presence in the community. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of professionalism, and contribute to a positive client experience. Position Functions: Administrative & Executive Support Provide reception coverage and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and event logistics. Assist with client paperwork, service requests, and follow-up items. Process mail, deposits, checks, and outgoing correspondence. Maintain accurate client records, CRM notes, and workflow documentation. Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs. Support special projects and business initiatives as needed. Marketing & Client Engagement Coordinate client appreciation events, sponsorships, charitable initiatives, and community involvement activities. Manage event logistics, invitations, vendor coordination, and follow-up communications. Assist with website updates, marketing materials, and social media content. Support branding and communication initiatives that enhance the client experience. Key Traits of a Successful Candidate Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in administration, executive support, marketing, client service, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams). Experience with CRM systems and event coordination preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
