Events & Experiences Manager

In our first 2 years, Arbital Health has established itself as a trusted partner for over 40 payers, providers, and other stakeholders looking to navigate the complexities of risk-based contracting. As our Events & Experiences Manager, you will play a key role in planning and executing the events that bring Arbital employees, customers, partners, and the broader healthcare community together. You will own the logistics and execution of our annual company Summit, while also supporting external conferences, customer and partner events, and internal team and company events throughout the year. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making things happen. You will manage details, coordinate vendors, keep timelines moving, solve problems as they arise, and make sure every event feels organized, polished, and distinctly on-brand. You don't need to be the person with all the answers—you need to be the person who figures out what needs to happen, keeps people informed, and makes sure it gets done. Why Join Us?
