About the Role: The Event Assistant helps keep Concordia Language Villages programs running smoothly by receiving, organizing, recording, and delivering food, mail, retail items, equipment, and other supplies from the Distribution Center to Language Village sites and programs. This is a part-time role, hours are variable based on organizational needs What You'll Do: Receive food, mail, retail items, equipment, and other supplies, ensuring items arrive in acceptable condition and are stored in the proper location. Pick, record, and deliver items for events and programming Operate company vehicles for transporting supplies Enter invoices and deliveries into database Perform other duties as assigned.
