Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team and help create exceptional experiences at various events. As Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of events ranging from corporate gatherings and festivals to concerts and community activities. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, equipment, and signage. Greet and direct attendees, providing information and answering questions as needed. Manage crowd control to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Monitor event areas to prevent unauthorized access and address any issues promptly. Coordinate with vendors, performers, and other staff to facilitate smooth event operations. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support preferred.
