Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that align with our company's goals and brand image. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion. Develop event budgets and ensure costs are managed effectively. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to negotiate contracts and secure necessary resources. Conduct site visits to assess event locations and logistics. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events. Manage event registration, attendee communications, and on-site coordination. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
