The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that align with our company's goals and brand image. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. in ensuring that each event runs smoothly, creating a positive and memorable experience for attendees. Responsibilities Plan and organize various events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met. Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and procure supplies and services for events. Develop event timelines and schedules, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to guarantee flawless delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
