What You'll Do: Performs electronic troubleshooting and reads/understands electrical schematics. Emphasis on electrical component level work experience. Maintains semiconductor process equipment in the cleanroom with a goal to continuously reduce downtime Maintains and replaces supporting equipment in the cleanroom chases, such as vacuum pumps, cryogenics, and chillers. Completes gas cylinder changeouts as needed and maintain spares. Interacts with facilities, vendors, and suppliers to reduce downtime of production equipment Continuously obtains knowledge of fabrication equipment to maintain uptime Assists in purchasing and qualification of new capital equipment Composes TME documentation and maintains an inventory location and control system of spare parts for each system Completes research and purchase of vital components and equipment parts to support process equipment Works with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for data recording, tracking and reporting of data What You Need: Working knowledge and hands on experience of repairing semiconductor process equipment. Experience in equipment support of high vacuum systems, cryogenics, compressors, gas cabinets, coating, and etching systems. Lithography equipment experience is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment Strong mechanical aptitude Able to lift occasionally up to 50lbs. Able to wear a respirator for some tasks. Ability to exercise a considerable amount of independent judgement Ability to effectively communicate with outside vendors, suppliers and other department members Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices                                            High School Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience or Associate’s degree with minimum of 3 years experiences in Semiconductor Equipment and tool operations. U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.
