JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (Environmental Engineer) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS - Ten (10) States: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Environmental Engineer | Environmental Management [USACE015020] Develop and implement environmental solutions; ensure regulatory compliance; oversee remediation projects. The Engineer (s) is responsible for assuring that all engineering support goals specified in the Task Order are attained. Desired Qualifications For Environmental Engineer | Environmental Management [USACE015020] ( USACE015020 ) Candidates: Knowledge of environmental engineering principles; experience with regulatory compliance.  The Engineer(s) should also have three (3) years’ experience related to the investigation, design, and construction of geotechnical features, with a minimum of one (1) year of experience being related to remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and design and construction of geotechnical features in Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Services Site sand/or process engineering at Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Services Facilities or sites. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications 5+ years in environmental engineering; experience with remediation projects. | Bachelor's in Environmental Engineering. The Engineer shall have a college degree in engineering (soil mechanics, materials, or related specialty), geological engineering, or related field.  The Engineer(s) should have demonstrable education and experience in geotechnical engineering.
