Beloform Craft is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Baton Rouge team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, learn about their needs, introduce relevant products and services, and help create a positive experience throughout the sales process. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and approachable manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and available solutions. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Assist customers throughout the sales and decision-making process. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate records of interactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company sales goals. Participate in product, sales, and professional development training. Maintain a strong understanding of company offerings and customer service standards.
