As a Production Assistant, you will play a critical supporting role in all phases of production, working closely with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist the production team with setup and breakdown of equipment and sets. Support crew members and talent by coordinating schedules and logistics. Manage and organize production materials and paperwork to ensure smooth operations. Run errands and perform various tasks to facilitate day-to-day production needs. Communicate effectively with different departments to relay information and updates. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or production is a plus. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
